Uganda Sports Betting

Its been some years since I stared at insects and the like in a far flung country, however, the latest news is that I am now in Uganda, working on a sports betting project. This is big news in Uganda and very popular. This particular project involves connecting the mobile money revolution into sports betting. In particular I have working for this Ugandan sports betting website working on mobile money integration. This is in its infant stage as yet but is proving highly popular.

Africa Dating

This post is about some businesses I run so is the next few as well.

Firstly, there is my black dating site which is great if you're looking for black or African singles across the world. Additionally, one could try looking for filipina dating, filipino dating, or a site for dating in the Philippines. This one is probably a bit more up the street of people here.

Incidentlly, I left the Phils, and my mudoven some months ago. The Philippines was just too damn hot!

Mosquito captured, interrogated

This culicidae attempted to feed off me while I was attending a local bar. The insect was captured and charged with crimes against humanity, but failed to confess. Said insect's mortality then reached its termination.

A local gentleman then inquired as to how many beers I could drink in a day. The answer I gave him was 36. Conversation finished, another day of grinding tedium over.

Shop Moves Past Pub.

Highlight of last month was sinking a few cold beers first thing in the morning, and watching an ox pull a walking gypsy shop down the street. They sell all sorts of stuff, which is here is referred to as native. The brushes are good and appear to be used everywhere.

House Ants Move Into Ciabatta

Mini house-ants moved into my Ciabatta, all the way from the nearest mall, and made it not only their home, but their Jollibee. Bastards.

Insects that have perished at my hand

Cockroaches, big bastards they are too. Poison, and the slipper.

Ants, suicidal ones that have perished in wood chucked in the mud oven, and squished by hand. Another bunch of them who had set up home in the oven yesterday shifted out very sharply when it got too hot. Several different varieties of ants have gone this way.

Termites, residing in rotten wood have also been incinerated.

Mosquitoes the most evil of all small insects, splatted, and poisoned.

Head lice have also been poisoned.

Correct method of making bread

I checked out why my loaves weren't doing so well. They were rather cakey and generally like bricks. So here's what you actually have to do. Using the same ingredients as noted below, the trick is in the kneading, and letting it rise twice. So first time knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Then let it rise. It should get big! Then what is then called the punch down after its risen lots, which means squishing it back down to its original size, and kneading again another five minutes. This pushes lots of air into the dough which is good for all sorts of reasons. After this, it goes on your baking tray, and rises for a second time. When its risen, pop it in the oven. I would show a picture of the bread that came out of the oven this time, but it was all eaten! Success!
